Audioguide
In the 16th century, the love story of Sigismund Augustus, Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Poland, and Barbara Radvilaitė, Grand Duchess of Lithuania and Queen of Poland, took place in Vilnius, later inspiring writers, artists, playwrights, and painters of many nations and eras. The relationship between the rulers was very strong, their behaviour in the society of the time scandalous and dramatic, the story short and tragic.
