Every gift, every tour and every legend you read now leaves a trace. “My account” has a new Royal Chronicle – your own story in the kingdom, where you collect red wax seals. You earn them for what you already love to do: giving, travelling, reading and sharing.
The Royal Chronicle: 18 seals
The chronicle holds 18 royal seals in five paths. Each path is a title you earn step by step. A seal you have earned turns into red wax with our crowned heart; one still to be found waits as a dotted outline. Tap any seal to see how to earn it, with a link to your next step.
Five paths through the kingdom
- Connoisseur of Royal Experiences. A tour in Vilnius, a tour in Kaunas, the royal hunting dinner at the restaurant “Lokys” and a royal beauty ritual.
- Chronicler of the Kingdom. Julija Janus’s novel “The Invisible Hand”, three love legends read and the whole audio guide route through Vilnius Old Town – 21 stops.
- Keeper of the Kingdom’s Treasures. Gifts from three different makers, from three groups of the shop and one gift from every collection.
- Generous Heart. A gift voucher given, a gift sent straight to its recipient and a review with a photo of a gift you bought.
- Member of the Royal Court. Five seals for coming back to the kingdom – for your third, seventh, fifteenth, twenty-fifth and fortieth paid order.
Seals with a secret
All five seals of the royal court are marked “Royal surprise”. What is inside you will only find out when you earn the seal – the surprise opens together with the red wax. The further you go, the bigger they get. Each surprise is given once.
How seals are collected
- Seals appear by themselves – there is nothing to tick or fill in. Paid orders that were not refunded count.
- Read the legends and listen to the audio guide while logged in – then the chronicle knows how far you have got.
- When you are logged in, a product page shows which seal that purchase will bring.
- After payment, the thank-you page tells you if you have earned a new seal.
Titles
The more seals, the higher your title in the kingdom: Palace Guest to begin with, Noble from 4 seals, Duke from 8, Honorary Member of the Kingdom from 12, and with all 18 you become the Royal Keeper of Legends.
What else is in “My account”
- Dashboard. Your chronicle, the nearest important date, your latest order and favourite gifts – at a glance.
- Orders. See where your parcel is (Received · Paid · Being prepared · Sent), track it, download the invoice, order the same gifts again, ask a question about an order or request a return.
- Tour tickets. Your next tour is on the dashboard, with a map link and a button to add it to your calendar. Need another date or want to pass the ticket on? Write to us straight from your account.
- Gift vouchers. All the vouchers you bought or received, with how long they are valid. An unused voucher can be emailed to its recipient.
- Favourites. Tap the heart on a gift to save it. Share your wish list with your loved ones, and if you like, we will email you when a favourite gift is cheaper or back in stock. You can also save a cart for later.
- Important dates. Add your loved ones’ birthdays and other occasions – we will send a reminder with gift ideas in good time and show what you bought for that occasion last year.
- Birthday surprise. Add your own birthday – a royal surprise will be waiting for you before it.
- Notifications. You choose what to receive: news about new gifts, price changes of your favourites and the newsletter.
- Addresses and recipients. Save recipients and your parcel locker – at checkout, under “Who are we sending to?”, one tap is enough. For companies – invoice details.
- Invite a friend. Your personal code gives a friend a discount on their first order, and you a thank-you when they buy.
- My data. Download your data or delete your account at any time.
How to log in
Log in with your Google account, a password or a one-time link by email – no password needed. If you have bought from our shop before, confirm your email – your earlier orders will appear in your account, and their seals in your chronicle.
