Expedition tour of the 1549 years Kaunas Old Town

This is no ordinary excursion. It's a journey back in time, to a city filled with 16th-century intrigue. You will find yourself in Kaunas in 1549 - the day an important man arrives in the city, carrying even more important letters.

You will walk with him through the streets of Kaunas, listen to the whispers of the walls of old buildings, the smells, sounds and people. Who will you meet? What does that ship in the church mean? What do Kaunas people wash with? What do they eat and what do they fear, what do they want and what are they preparing for? And who is Jonas Kopf - the messenger or something more?

The route will take you across invisible borders: from the smells that today remind you of the old streets, to the courtyards where not only straw but also diplomatic decisions were laid. Some doors will open, some will remain quietly locked. During the journey, not only locations will change, but also time. Stories will unfold one after the other, like letters that can only be read at night.

This expedition is for those who can listen between the lines, see beyond the signs and understand that there is always a second bottom to a true story.

Excursions take place regardless of weather conditions, so please choose appropriate footwear and clothing based on the weather expected during the excursion, and bring umbrellas or sun protection, etc. If you have purchased a ticket and realize you cannot attend, please arrange for the ticket to be transferred to another person.
